Every weekend between now and tour (October 8), I will be putting a painting somewhere. I’ll post a cross street on twitter (twitter.com/adamvass) as soon as I leave the painting in a location and its first come first serve. If its raining, I might change the plan, or just put it in a ziplock bag or something. Watercolors, wood panels, you won’t know what it is until its in someone’s hands. Hopefully they’re your own hands and not someone else’s.

I don’t have a car, so all paintings will be left somewhere in Grand Rapids, MI. Probably between Eastown and Downtown (sorry west and south side, i just don’t like riding my bike that far).

All I ask is that if you recover the painting, please leave a comment on the blog or twitter saying you got it.

The first painting will be dropped off in the afternoon this Saturday, September 4. If the painting is in an envelope, I’ll put a big AXV on it so you know its my package and yours for the taking.

If you go to pick up one of my paintings, maybe leave a drawing or painting of your own for anyone else that will come to that spot looking for something.
